Deleting Your Data
How to disconnect a connected account and have the data we hold about you deleted.
This page explains how to delete data held by Euphoric Innovations LLC, operating as Euphoric AI, including data obtained when you connect a third-party account such as Facebook, Instagram or a Meta Ads account to Euphoric OS.
1. Disconnect a connected account
If you connected a Facebook Page or Meta Ads account to Euphoric OS, you can disconnect it at any time from inside the product:
- Sign in to Euphoric OS
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the connected account and select Disconnect
Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access token and stops all further retrieval of data from that account. No new leads or advertising figures are collected from that moment.
You can also remove our access from Meta's own settings, under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Doing so revokes our access immediately.
2. Request deletion of data we already hold
Disconnecting stops future collection. To also delete the records already stored, email us and we will action it:
Subject line: Data deletion request
Please tell us the email address or account the request relates to, and which connected account is involved, so we can identify the correct records. We may ask one verification question before acting — this protects you from someone else requesting deletion of your data.
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
3. If a business holds your details in Euphoric OS
Euphoric OS is used by advisory firms to manage their own clients and enquiries. If you submitted an enquiry to one of those firms — for example through a Facebook or Instagram lead form — that firm is the controller of your information and we process it on their behalf.
Contact that firm directly and they can delete your record. If you are not sure who holds your data, email us at the address above and we will identify the firm and pass your request to them.
4. What we may be required to keep
Some records must be retained to meet legal and regulatory obligations — for example billing records, and case records that regulated advisory firms are required to keep for a defined period. Where that applies we will say so in our reply, explain the obligation, and delete the record once the period ends.
